HOW DO I REGISTER FOR CAMP?
Registration can be done through Trackie.Reg. Click more information on our website homepage and it will take you to the registration page which also includes documents to download before camp as well as registration.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PACK/BRING WITH MY CHILD EVERYDAY?
Lunch (not heatable, we cannot heat up your child's lunch), Snacks, Indoor and Outdoor running shoes, Water bottle, Sunscreen, Face mask (UNB still requires Covid face masks when walking throughout building, campers will not be allowed into building without face mask).
WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR CAMP?
Early Bird (Ends May 15th) Full Day- $100 Half Day- $45. After June 21st Full Day- $130 Half Day- $85.

*A $5 recreational membership to Athletics New Brunswick is required for all registrations, if you are not currently a member.
AM IÂ REGISTERING MY CHILDÂ FOR ALLÂ WEEKS?
No, it is a one week camp with a choice between attending week 1, week 2, or week 3, whatever fits your schedule better. You can sign up for more than one week as well. The same program will be run for all 3 weeks.
WHAT OPTIONS ARE THERE FOR CAMP?
We offer full and half-day options. Half-day Afternoon option begins at 1pm following lunch. Half-Day morning option begins at 9pm
WHAT ARE THE AGE GROUPS FOR CAMP?
Our camp will be for those ages 7-13. Every camper will be doing the same activities, but will be split into groups closer to their age range (7-9 as an example), and modified to suit everyone's abilities.
WHAT ARE DROP OFF AND PICK-UP TIMES?
Drop Off will take place between 8:30am-9:00am and Pick Up will take place between 4:30pm-5:00pm at the Lady Beaverbrook Gym. For an extra fee we will offer early drop-off and late pick up for a price of $20 for the week which will take place between 8:00am-8:30am and 5:00pm-5:30pm.
WILL THERE BE AÂ COUNSELLORÂ WITH PROPER TRAINING?
There will always be a counsellor trained in first-aid at everyday of the camp. As well, all counsellors are trained community sport coaches.
WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE GOING TO BE FOR THE CAMP?
All programming activities will take place between 9:00am-4:30pm. A finalized schedule will be released a minimum of one week before camp. There will be two short snack breaks each day with a large lunch break as well.
WHAT FORMS ARE WE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT?
Under event information on our Trackie registration page as well on our website there will be documents to download. Also the media release form found on our website. Please complete this is and bring printed documents the first day of camp. Campers will not be able to attend unless these are filled out. In the registration it also asks if your child has any allergies or conditions, please fill this out.
WHERE IS THE MAIN LOCATION FOR CAMP?
Campers will be dropped off and picked up at Lady Beaverbrook gymnasium as that will be our main location. They will need to check-in and check-out with a counsellor at the front table. Please enter through the middle doors. Campers will get to be outside for part of each day at the near by college field so it is important to pack things like sunscreen for spending time outdoors, and appropriate clothing for the day's activities.

CAN I REQUEST TO HAVE MY CHILDREN AND/OR THEIR FRIEND(S) TO BE IN THE SAME GROUP?
Yes, following registration if you and/or someone you know would like for your children to be in the same group send us an email. If not specified children may not end up in the same group depending on ages and numbers.
MY CHILD WILL MISS A DAY OR NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP OR DROPPED OFF DURING PROGRAMMING HOURS, WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?
Please send an email to anbserviceprovider@gmail.com to inform us if your child will not be attending a day of camp so we know that they are okay. As well, if you need to pick up or drop off a child during programming hours we can arrange a location to meet these requests if contacted beforehand. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for missed day.
